Project description - New extension to form staff restaurant & reception area

The Cornwall Bakery is a people focused business which employs over 900 local people, most well known for the production of Ginsters products. The existing staff restaurant & reception area had become dated and unfit for purpose, spaces which did not allow the business to offer the facilities or experience it would like to for staff & visitors.

The solution was to re-model and extend the restaurant & reception areas to form a combined space for staff & visitors. Facilities would be upgraded & modernised with a variety of different dining & breakout areas included whilst also enhancing the external appearance of the site.
