The specialist nine kennel canine accommodation block with associated food preparation and washdown facilities was carefully designed to align with the sensitive needs of unwanted and abandoned rescue dogs whilst a new forever home was found for them. The interior environment of the building was carefully designed in order to improve their physical and psychological wellbeing during their stay.

Energy performance - EPC Energy rating ‘A’. Building emission rate (BER) of 37.16 kg CO2/m2 per year. Primary energy use 220 kWh/m2 per year. Heating source - Air Source Heat Pump and Solar Thermal with underfloor heating system.
