The three commercial units of varying sizes were designed to provide high quality business workspaces that would be attractive and flexible for end users to lease from Plymouth City Council. The design incorporated sustainable technologies to minimise carbon emissions and running costs such as solar photovoltaic, energy storage, increased levels of insulation, increased levels of natural daylight and ventilation and highly efficient heating systems.
