The scheme is located on the edge of a settlement in the South Hams within the AONB and within the setting of a Listed Building. Due to its sensitive setting all the construction details had to be carefully considered and constructed so as not to detract from its surroundings. The scheme has provided much needed affordable housing for the area. The project won an LABC Award.
