The 400-seat performing arts centre is a highly co-ordinated building type. In addition to the usual consultant team acoustic consultants, stage electrical designers, a sprung floor supplier and a retractable seating company had an integral role in the completion of the design and construction of the project. 344 of the 400 seats are fully retractable. By providing retractable seating the building can be flexible in its use and host a number of different school activities.
