Project status - Complete

The new MFL is located on a tight site surrounded by existing buildings. Design was adapted and refined to reflect the constraints of the site.  A high degree of co-ordination was required with client and contractor to accommodate services both existing and proposed.  A two-storey construction, load bearing masonry with wide span concrete plank first floor construction. Classrooms were served with individual natural ventilation and heat recovery units.  An EPC Energy rating of A was achieved for the completed design.
